After Effects 2017 Install error (Exit Code:190)

@@@@@ i tried installing after effects 2017 on my laptop at 31% it shows "Install failed minimum system requirements not met" and got this message:

 

Exit Code: 190

FATAL: Sanity check for installation failed. Current OS version 6.1.7600 doesn't satisfy min OS requirement 6.1.7601

My Laptop information

CPU- Intel Pentium B950 @2.10GHz

GPU- Intel Intergrated Graphics 2 GB

OS- Windows  7 Ultimate (version 6.1.1600)

RAM- 1 GB

Laptop- Compaq Presario CQ57

Pending payment for weeks?

Hi,

I bought a package in November and it's still pending.

I tried to email the suggested customer service email: paypaladmin@adobe.com but apparently they only accept emails from have an exclusive list. (which defeats the purpose of customer service). I then spoke to the online customer service of adobe and they said they rejected it and I have to contact paypal  which I did and they never got back to me.

How do I get rid of it?

Issues with After Effects CC Installer

Hi, I am trying to install a recently purchased copy of CC.

I have downloaded the After_effects_Set-up file, but when I try to run it, I am presented with a pop-up box which is blank. After that nothing happens.

What an I missing?

Hi! I am currently just graduated out of high-school with an email address that is no longer active. At school, I had access to the creative suite but no longer have access to it. I plan on starting university come offer rounds in January. Is it still possible to get the education discount before this point for CC or will I have to wait to be registered at university (Australia). Thanks for your help.

How to change the storage location

Hi there, because the programs of the CC are taking up too much storage on my main drive, I wanted to change the storage location in which the programs are installed, but I haven't figured out how to do this yet. Could you help me?

CC: 7 days trial instead of the promised 3 months trial

I got invited by Adobe to test CC for 3 months because I purchased a Microsoft Surface device. I thought that would be a good idea - but the reality looks different: After I installed the CC version and then logged in again next day, I've got the message, that I have only a 7 days trial - instead of 3 months. Is Adobe kidding me? Is that the new way to trap customers for CC? In my case Adobe accelerates the opposite. Such a behaviour makes me really mad! Is here someone from Adobe who can help me in my special case??? Where have my 3-month-trial gone?

Hello,

 

I have a one-year photoshop membership which I’d like to cancel. I managed to find the manage plans sections however there was no cancel button. Can someone outthere please cancel my membership? By the way contact support page doesnt work for me either. I have lost in an endless loop.

Hello,

 

I have contacted Adobe support twice and both the times I had been told that my membership has been canceled as per my request. However, I again received a mail today stating that my services will be automatically renewed on Dec 16, 2017.

 

Can you check what is going on; I have received the following email as cancelation confirmation.

 

"This email is to confirm that we have stopped automatic billing for your Creative Cloud membership. Your membership will be downgraded from a Paid to Free membership once it expires."

 

But, today I again got an email: "This is a reminder that your membership to Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year, prepaid) will automatically renew on 16/12/2017 for ₹8,112.00 "

Hi, I have been having constant issues with CC since the 2018 update. To make things more complicated, I bough a iMac 27" at the same time as the CC 2018 was released. I did my research on the computer before getting it, and I know it should be able to handle the Adobe cc with good performance. Well, I am very disappointed with the performance. I am constantly getting the spinning wheel and hang-ups that causes me to sit and wait for basic tasks in photoshop to finish. Not what I was expecting. Due to the bad timing getting this computer at the same time as the big CC update, I am having a hard time determining what is the main issue here. Is it that I got a bad iMac unit, or is it the Adobe software that is causing these issues? Everything is updated. I am currently running OS 10.13.2 on a 2017 5k Retina with 8GB Ram.

 

I am hoping to get an answer to this asap so I can decide if I need to return the computer.

Why am I having to force quit Apps?

I hope someone can help. I've had a new iMac for over a year now and it's running the current iOS...but....every time I quit InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (CC 2018 versions) it won't quit and I always end up having to force quit the apps. Like probably 95 out of 100 times. Thanks in advance for the help/suggestions.

I have CS6 installed and just signed up for Creative Cloud (CC). I have had each CS version from the first and when I install an upgrade the older version is left in place. After I am happy with the the new set-up I uninstall the older version and this process makes a hash out of all my file associations. Is this what will happen with CC?

Ok this is beyond frustrating. Downloaded and paid for the Photography Plan and got the Lightroom CC but turned out it's quite crappy. It doesn't have any of the modules as the Classic. So I cancelled my subscription so I can download the Classic CC. Now I want to purchase it and am unable to find it anywhere. When I click Buy, it takes me to the adobe page where I can only select the Lightroom CC plan (which is not the Classic). C'mon Adobe, why are you making your customers jump thru 80 hoops to pay you money??? I don't get it.

 

Can someone please help?

CCSN-DIRECT_INDIVIDUAL-ML‎ remain expired after a renewal subscription

As title, I've purchase the suite few years ago under direct debit.

Have been received an email and my bank account has been debited HKD4656.00.

Checked Adobe account info and this transaction exists.

However, the CCSN-DIRECT_INDIVIDUAL-ML still marked "expired".

I would like to seek for an advice of action.

Why Creative Cloud for Europe is so expensive?

Just curious why the price of Creative Cloud for Europe is 60% higer? Okay, maybe there are some taxes etc but World of Warcraft online game with the same business model charges pretty the same for subscription in US and Europe.

Looks like discrimination, yeah?


Adobe Creative blocked at Vietnam Country

Dear Adobe Customer Support,

 

I want to try Prosite at Behance / Adobe Portfolio feature but I can't buy it because It's blocked Vietnam, is that right?

So my question here: If I ask to my friends from other country who can I help buy AC (Adobe Creative). After that I can use it from my country or Adobe will detect my account and blocked.

I purchased the creative Adobe for my son when he was in a video graphics class in high school so he could edit videos.  That was a year ago.  He hasn't used it in a year so I decided to stop giving away 19.99 every month.  I come to cancel and I find out that my subscription was renewed on November 17th, 2017 without any warning, no email renewal.  So when I went to cancel they charged me another $100 for half of the subscription.  Its a complete rip off, its not unlike a porn site where they will charge if you try to cancel.  Bad business practice, I will never buy an Adobe product just for this piss poor experience.

CC Crashes on Startup - reinstalls & then runs

Since upgrading to Mac OS High Sierra Creative Cloud forces a reinstall every time and then runs fine. That is until I boot the computer again. Ran fine on Sierra. All apps run fine.

I had taken the necessary measures to make sure that my yearly subscription to Adobe wouldn't auto-renew.

Fast forward to a few months after my subscription had ended, and there I am, still unknowingly paying for a service that I no longer need or want.

 

''But its in our terms and conditions'', Adobe says. Maybe it does talk about automatic renewal in their terms and conditions, but I question the ethics of a company that provides no notification or warning when you are about to unknowingly re-commit to another years subscription.  It has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I have lost trust in a company that takes advantage of its customers because it can.

 

I had to bite my tongue as customer support made an 'exception' and waived the cancellation fee to free me from my subscription. How very generous of them, after they have been sucking money from my bank account.

 

What bothers me most is that I am a loyal customer to companies that look after those who use their service. Normally companies that have happy customers make more money, but Adobe seems to make more money from trapping unhappy customers. What a sad, unethical way to do business. I am an actual person who works hard for their money, not just a customer to be ignorantly taken advantage of.

Trouble cancelling my monthly Photoshop subscription!

Hi all,

 

My 'manage account' section doesn't have anywhere for me to cancel, and it doesn't even show Photoshop in any section of my account profile.

I am paying $29 per month for Photoshop, and I really need to cancel.
