Why the reduction in my Creative Cloud Storage?

Since late 2011 I have been happily using about 20GB of Creative Cloud Storage, acquired through purchasing Adobe Android Apps (Collage, Photoshop, Proto, Kuler) for Tablet, today, 20171210, I had to re-install Creative Cloud and my account now shows the free account storage limit of 2GB.

 

If anyone has any ideas on how to address this with Adobe or has seen Adobe do this routine in the past, please leave a note here,  Thanks.

 

p.s. That 20GB was actually 22 with a purchase of photoshop_touch_for_android_phone, another 2GB,

Display Issues

I'm having trouble with display while I'm using app as Illustrator or Indesign (picture bellow). All my app are on the last version such as my mac. I've contacted Apple who told me it wasn't because of my computer so I'm asking the Adobe community if you ever had that kind of issues and how did you resolve this problem.

Adobe's cancellation procedure is utterly criminal. Absolutely impossible to end my subscription! Who else has had this issue? There is probably grounds for a class-action lawsuit. I am certainly contacting my state's Attorney general.

"Locked" Photoshop & Photoshop PDF files—howcum?

Lately when I have tried to use Photoshop CC's SAVE AS command in order to convert an image to a different format, I get a message that reads: "Could not save as FILETITLE.PDF because the file is locked, you do not have the necessary access permissions, or another program is using the file. Use the 'Get Info' command in the Finder to ensure the file is unlocked and you have permission to access the file. If the problem persists, save the document to a different file or duplicate it in the finder."

 

(1) Why is this happening? It only began a week ago when I had to wipe my iMac hard drive clean (for unrelated reasons), reinstall MacOS High Sierra, restore all of my data from my Time Machine backup, and reconnect with Adobe Creative Cloud.

 

(2) I cannot find a "Get Info" command in my Finder.

 

(3) Although I was able to create a cooperative file by selecting the file in the Finder and making a copy by dragging it with COMMAND/OPTION activated, this is a real nuisance. It didn't used to happen and it shouldn't be happening now. What gives?

Bonjour,

Mon disque dur a été endommagé et j'ai été obligé de le remplacer.

Mais je n'ai plus Lightroom et Photoshop.

Lorsque je vais sur le site Adobe je ne peux pas le réinstallé car ils répondent que j'ai déjà ces produits.

Comment faire pour les récupérer?

Need help with "You have been signed out, unable to authenticate" problem, thoughts?

Been working for two days on trying to get my laptop back working with Creative Cloud.  Cannot sign in as it is in a loop with the message you've been signed out and unable to authenticate....chat with support and they were of zero benefit.  Told me the could not access the credentials file and call back in 5 hours....well I tried back and of course they are closed for the weekend......

 

I have tried every option I have found on the net and none of them work...I can nor uninstall as it says the files are in use.....I can not delete the oobe file because they are in use, Adobe Creative cloud cleaner does not work....it asks for language and then does nothing......

 

Frustrated that I had to buy ON1 to process the RAW files from a Sony AR7III.....

 

Can anyone help and not just send me back through the meaningless loop

There seems to be some confusion because I've seen this question asked in several forums lately.  Here's the solution.

 

  1. Open your Creative Cloud Desktop App. 
  2. Hit the 3 vertical dots icon beside your profile picture.
  3. Select Preferences
  4. Go to the Creative Cloud tab.
  5. Scroll down and put a check mark by Show Older Apps.
  6. Close out Preferences (top left arrow).
  7. Go to Apps > All Apps.
  8. Hit the Install drop down button & select Other Versions.
  9. Select  your desired version and click Install.

My adobe account got hacked by someone called Connor. The email of my account used to be decronicyt@Gmail.com when he transferred everything to his email I had to create a new account with the same email but a different password I have opened 2 cases and still haven’t gotten a response this is really urgent to me. This cost me some money because I don’t live in the richest family that why we bought it off of my school. I ONLY HAVE THE ACTIVATION CODE AND THE BEGGINING OF THE HACKERS E-MAIL.

The sign in page tells me that I have 'signed out' and need to sign in when I enter my password. I changed passwords and the same thing happens. What is happening?

Adobe Creative Cloud Creating Cursor Issue on Mac OS Sierra/High Sierra?

Hello all,

 

I've had a recent issue that I was hoping someone could shed some light on. I don't normally post in these forums but I've recently gotten to that point.

 

A few days ago I bought an iMac 27" 5k Retina brand new from the store. I'm currently running into an issue where the mouseover/rollover/hover states of things throughout the entire computer do not work after 15 minutes or so. I am currently under the impression that it is the Creative Cloud Application creating this issue. Below are the things that I HAVE tried so far on a level of troubleshooting (not in any particular order):

 

  • Reinstalled Mac OS (with files backed up)
  • Reinstalled Mac OS (without files backed up) -a clean image-
  • Safe Mode
  • Removed/Uninstalled Adobe CC Application (Then everything seems to work fine)
  • Used Adobe CC Cleaner Tool

 

I've only had the computer for 3 days and so far I'm only running into this issue after the CC Application has been installed (not even after I install Photoshop or Illustrator. Just after the CC app). The computer initially came with just OS Sierra. The issues with CC were worse then before I updated to High Sierra; my mouse cursor starter to twitch/fidget on its own when my hand wasn't even on the mouse.

 

My current OS spec is: High Sierra Version 10.13.2

 

At this point I'm just looking to see if there is a similar issue out there currently because I'm trying to assess if this is a Hardware or Software issue so I know how to escalate properly. Sounds like software but then again you never know. I'm a Graphic Design professional and bought the iMac specifically for Creative Cloud so that I can do what I need to do. Let's not get into a windows vs mac debate, I'm just here to see if anyone has had a similar issue and what can be done.

 

The overall thing I've seemed to notice is everything works fine until I install the Creative Cloud Application. THEN this reoccurring issues happens. Everything is up-to-date on both sides, mac os and CC app version.

Creative Cloud lost licence key after Windows 10 update

Hi together,

 

last night I had a bigger update for Windows 10. After this update I had the information for updates in the Creative Cloud App for Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC Classic.

In the creative cloud app it shows we, that I'm connected with my account. In my account it shows me also that I have licenced the Creative Cloud Abo.

 

But when I start now Photoshop or Lightroom a window appear with "registration with your Adobe ID.....". After mouse click on the button Register next window appear with "Thank you - Creative Cloud Photography would now registered for xxx (my Adobe ID). Click on next to use the software".

 

After mouse click on "Next" the first window appear again. It's going in a circle.... I have tested the connecition to Adobe activation server - this is fine.

 

Everything was fine until this Windows 10 update....

 

Any ideas?

What exactly are the CRLogs Dump files from Adobe, that are located in the App Data / Roaming folder? Are they from App Crashes, or what exactly do they pertain too? They take up a lot of disk space, and if they are safe to delete I was going to delete them but I wanted to know if it was safe.

What is the difference CS6 & CC Versions?

I use creative cloud now..have all my applications downloaded as CS6 (PS, ILL, FW and so on)...So what is the difference between the 2 versions? ShouldI download the CC version? New features and so on?

I cancelled my subscription to my one year plan 21 days into the next plan - 21 days, not even a whole month! oblivious that my plan had already been automatically renewed. I signed up to a student ONE year plan for £12 per month being the only plan i could afford. Not only did I notice it doubled to £24.99 I also had to pay a £137 cancellation fee for 50% of the next year. So I have basically given Adobe that money for absolutely nothing as i do not even get to keep the product for the 6 months that i have been charged for which i find disgraceful.

 

I would like to recieve a full refund at best for not making this completely clear to me, or at worst a refund for the £137 cancelling fee (that I simply cannot afford being a student, plus christmas...) and continue with the monthly payments.

Unable to run Premiere Pro

I've been unable to open Premiere Pro, and keep getting this error message. Other forums have suggested something about a Visual C++ package or something but I'm not sure what this is and any explanations/advice/assistance would be greatly appreciated.

When I open cc Photography apps I get this message.

 

"We've discovered an issue with your last payment for creative cloud Photography Please go online to manage your account and verify your billing information."

 

I contacted support and was told I had to start a new account because of Technical Issues.

 

I have already paid on the 23rd last month and not due to pay till the 23rd this month.

 

My account is paid through Digital River (Re-seller)

 

I do not want to cancel my account and start a new one as I have done so much work on it.

 

Any ideas.
