I subscribed a second Creative Cloud-Abonnement but still can't install on a third computer....
What went wrong?
How can I get my desktop icon to see that I have an active subscription on line? I am paid up but my desktop says my subscription is expired and I can't open AI. Can't get ahold of any support it is an hour wait time on the phone.
I have CS4, I assumed that by going with CC I'd have access to PS8.. am I wrong?

Is there someone who has experienced this too?
Today I've installed a new GeForce GTX 650Ti and it didn't solve the problem.

I have a pretty small SSD and would like to install some of the applications to another drive. It seems that Creative Cloud's Application Manager does not have this option? Where can I choose WHERE the software gets installed to?
I am trying to take a site off of my 5 free webbasics sites on my creative cloud account.
Using the admin console, I went to site settings--> site management--> upgrade now.
I selected 'invoice my customer directly' and filled out all required info.
When I submitted, the screen flashed and I received no confirmation of success.
I can't see anywhere in the admin console that the client is now paying for it.
How do I know if the transaction was successful? I can't simply check the bank account because I don't have access to that.

I'm using Creative Cloud and I love it. Except that I'm unable to install Illustrator on my laptop. I do not have Java installed and do not want to install it. For some reason, every time I try to run the version of Illustrator that the app manager installed, it gives me this message:
To open “Adobe Illustrator CS6,” you need a Java SE 6 runtime. Would you like to install one now?
Is there any way to run Illustrator without Java? If not, I'll just use some other lesser vector program, which I've been doing for a while (Inscape, Intaglio and iDraw).They're not the same, but they do the basics and don't require Java.
Can´t start my cloud app any more only get a white screen.

I update to the new creative cloud and I can't find my creative cloud folder that hold my files! It wasn't syncing for the last 3 weeks but I kept saving my files there. Now it's gone!!
I have been dealing with this issue for several days and can't seem to find an answer. We have purchased several seats for the Creative Cloud. We are attempting to create packages with the CC packager. Specfically, we created a package that contains InDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator for Win 7 64 bit. Neither the MSI nor the Setup.exe works.
The installation begins and the progress bar progresses to about 1/3 then stalls. It then shoots across and then rolls back quickly.
This is the 3rd time we've created this package.
I have tried to install this with elevated credentials and even under the local administrator account all with the same results.
I even contacted Adobe support and had the technician remote into my machine who then proceeded to screw up a whole host of settings - my bad I guess for trusting a 1st level technician. However, she did get it installed on my computer. I just have to go back and fix everything she broke. I am now trying to get this package (I created & downloaded a new version yesterday) installed on another computer and having the exact same trouble I had on my computer with the new package.
Both of these computers as well as the future systems have previous version of the same programs. In an effort to reduce possible issues regarding this, I uninstalled all previous version of InDesign, PhotoShop, and Illustrator. The only Adobe product that remained is an older version was Acrobat - 9 Pro.
These systems are connected to a domain and are runing ESET's endpoint antivirus. Yes, I disabled that and tried the installation again with the exact same results.
The latest PDApp.log has many Warings and a few Fatal lines in it.
There are quite a few: Failed to find Node warnings.
Several: < GUID > is already installed
NOTE: I checked and recheckd, there are no instances of these applications installed even though it appears it thinks there are - registry issues?

I installed Creative Cloud on my MacBook Pro using my wife's account (an iMac user) and downloaded Photoshop, but the file appears to be damaged so I trashed it. When I tried to re-download it my computer simply opens a window showing that the program is already downloaded and up to date, but there's no apparent way to open it. What's wrong?

I have Adobe Suite 5.5. I clicked on the right package for creative cloud, but it says I do not qualify.
We have been all Mac in the past and dragging our feet on Lion/Mountain Lion... so we're still on CS6 versions with our CC subscription.
We just bought a new Windows computer for After Effects and Premier Pro use. When bringing up Creative Cloud on the Windows machine, we only see the CC versions of the software and don't see the CS6 versions like we do on our Mac CC subscription window.
Since we want to share projects between our Mac and Windows editing computers we want both to be on CS6 for the time being. Is there a way to get the CS6 Windows software with our CC subscription on the Windows machine?

this morning the cc-app in the system-tray told me it has an update . I installed it (granting it admin when it asked for it) and at the end got the following error message
translated: "The following problem occured: Creative Cloud Desktop could not be installed"
I use a german windows 7
So far I've tried to install it three times more - all with the same error-message.
I downloaded the programm from the cloud and tried that, but without success.
Anyone got an idea what I might try?

Will Adobe Type Manager Deluxe 4.1 or 4.6 work with Creative Cloud applications? If not will Suitcase Fusion 4? What font management is Adobe suggesting to use with CC?
What are the solutions to the problem? I cannot get Adobe Application Manager to load
Both memebers are in the same team cloud. But one member has CC versions of the applications and the other has CS6 versions. So they have trouble opening and sharing files since they save under different versions.
I've updated both members using the application manager and they both have seperate versions. How do I get both my members to the CC versions?
I've even had the CS6 version user uninstall all their Adobe Applications, reaccept the VIP cloud member invite, and redownload the cloud, but only to find the CS6 versions waiting to be installed again.
I've talked to chat support and they were absolutely no help, they said both my memebers were not even part of a subscription, yet we are paying for the VIP subscriptions and both members accepted the invites. The chat support guy gave up and gave me a telephone number. I sat with the user while we phoned the support number, wait time was 13-18 mintues. We waited 45 minutes, no answer; had to hang up. Not too thilled with the support at the point, hopefully one of you guys can assist.
